2 frozen bananas 
2 medjool dates
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon LSA(linseed, sunflower, almond) mix
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop protein powder, I used vanilla vegan protein powder
